Employment

The Minnesota Valley Cooperative Center helps to ensure all students have access to specialized services, even when positions are difficulty to fill. These roles often include:

  • School Psychologist
  • Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physical Therapists
  • Teachers of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
  • Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments

Many districts do not require these staff members on a full-time basis. By hiring through MVCC, specialists may serve multiple schools and districts, ensuring that students receive the support they need while maximizing efficiency.

Districts -- both member and non-member -- contract with MVCC for the level of service that fits their needs. This allows schools to access highly qualified specialists without the challenge of hiring for part-time positions and ensures equitable services for students across districts.
