The Minnesota Valley Cooperative Center is committed to supporting our member and non-member districts by providing expert leadership, services, and resources in special education. Through collaborative services - including director support, due process facilitation, fiscal oversight, and staff development - we empower districts to effectively meet the diverse needs of all students across educational environments.
